Telenord is Liguria's regional broadcaster, founded in 1977 and based in the centre of Genoa. It carries news and video from Genoa, Savona, La Spezia and Imperia, with a strong sporting focus — extensive coverage of Genoa and Sampdoria in particular — alongside cultural strands, talk and general entertainment for the region.
